£10 enables us to provide

a bed for the night for

a homeless person

The Wolverhampton Church Shelter is here to help and support our local homeless population providing a place of rest and recuperation for those sleeping rough.

It is a seven day a week operation and now a fully integrated part of a unified pathway out of homelessness as part of the Enterprise Homes Group.

Wolverhampton Church Shelter is sited in the TAB Church at Broad Street in the City centre.

Please, give what you can so that the homeless can find rest and recuperation with us.

We are now part of a new charity called the Enterprise Homes Group!

This is great news for us because through Enterprise Homes we are pioneering a new approach to tackling homelessness by bringing together five complementary streams of activity, all behind one vision - to make homelessness history.

We are now a part of the Group's 'unified pathway' which for the first time sees a really joined-up approach towards helping the homeless. By working together across the Group we can be family, find homes and develop skills. This means we can be much more effective in building community and creating somewhere to belong - a vital part of successfully tackling homelessness.

If you want to find out more about the new Group and its vision, please visit the main website at enterprisehomesgroup.org.uk . We are excited about the future and how working together is going to help us all 'make homelessness history' - more news soon!

A big thank you to everyone who has recently made anonymous cash donations to us at Broad Street - you are lovely people whoever you are!

We still need people who can volunteer for our overnight teams from 8.30pm - 7am .. you can get 2-3 hours sleep overnight if needed.
